REPAIR
Problems with a product can be due to improper maintenance, faulty installation, non-authorized additions or modifications, or other problems not due to defects in workmanship or materials. If the Authorized Service Center determines that the problem with a product is not due to defects in workmanship or materials, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of any necessary repairs.
Customers not satisfied with a determination that a problem is outside of warranty coverage should contact the CUVENSA INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY Office for further consideration.
WARRANTY
CUVENSA INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY, INC., reserves the right to repair or replace any product that is deemed to be in warranty. All warranty claims are subject to verification by inspection at an authorized service center or the factory.
Warranty covers material and workmanship only. Proof of purchase may be required.
